The church choir is a robed adult choir and is affiliated to the Royal School of Church Music.  There are currently eighteen choir members, led by organist/director of music Anne Brooks.  The choir leads the congregational singing at the Sunday 9.30 a.m. service every week, with a repertoire of four-part traditional and contemporary anthems and hymns.  The choir also occasionally sings services at the two other churches in the benefice.
St John's Youth choir is for children aged 7 + who help lead the monthly Family service which is usually on the first Sunday in the month.

Practice for the Youth choir is from 5:45 - 7 p.m. and the Adult choir is from 7.30 to 8.30 p.m. on Thursdays in the church.

New members for both choirs are most welcome – please contact or just come along.
